Say “aloha” to paradise!
Austinites who spent their time in quarantine getting shredded will get their reward this spring. This April, upcoming direct flights will be available from Austin to Hawaii giving home-gym rats the opportunity to flaunt their beach bods in paradise quicker and more efficient than ever!
While circumstances surrounding the pandemic in the US are still pretty dull – pending the distribution and efficiency of the vaccine – many are setting their sights on summer as the time when things return to a sense of normality.
For Austinites, it will be the perfect time to vacation in paradise with Hawaiian Airlines new direct connection to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in the Texas capitol.
“Even though this year has had unprecedented impacts to the airline and airport industries, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport remains committed to providing the best service we can to our passengers,” said CEO of Austin-Bergstrom International, Jacqueline Yaft. “We know that many Central Texans will be eager to travel next year and we are excited to offer an easy and convenient way for them to explore Hawaii.”
Hawaiian Airlines new direct line of flights with Austin will take off on April 21, after which it will plan bi-weekly trips from the city and Honolulu.
After shutting off their borders for the mainland for a period of months, Hawaii has reopened their state to incoming travelers. At this moment, tourists visiting Hawaii do not need to quarantine upon arrival but do have to provide evidence of a negative test before traveling.
