For more than 25 years, Titanic: The Exhibition has traveled the world and welcomed over 3 million visitors across multiple continents. Now, its creators present a new and deeply personal way of telling Titanic’s story, one that not only tells of the ship itself, but the stories of those who traveled on it and the human lives forever changed by that fateful night.
Following a highly successful North American premier in Quebec, Canada, that had more than 400,000 visitors, Titanic. The Human Story has arrived in the United States for the very first, and limited time in Austin, 11000 Middle Fiskville Rd. The exhibition strips away Hollywood myth and speculative legend to focus on what truly matters: the people on board.

Step inside the true stories of the Titanic’s passengers
Created in collaboration with renowned historian Claes-Göran Wetterholm, Titanic. The Human Story isn’t just a display of facts, it’s a journey through the lives of the passengers and crew who walked the decks of the RMS Titanic in 1912.
Visitors are guided through the exhibit by an immersive audio experience that blends sound effects, stirring music and moving testimonies.
The exhibition explores the hopes, dreams, politics and social inequalities of the era. It paints a vivid portrait of a world in transition, allowing guests to connect with the passengers not as distant historical figures, but as real people with ambitions, families and futures.

Witness history first hand
The evocative storytelling is accompanied by over 200 authentic artifacts and recreations from the Titanic and its sister ship, the Olympic. These powerful objects, including passengers’ keepsakes, personal belongings, photographs, and handwritten letters, help bridge the past and present, creating a powerful connection across more than a century of time. They also offer the intimate opportunity to understand the disaster through the eyes of those who lived it.
For a limited time only, Austin audiences are the first in the nation to experience this powerful and human retelling of the famous story.
Tickets for the exhibition are likely to sell out quickly so don’t miss this unique chance to walk the decks of the Titanic.
