This traditional margherita comes with an interesting twist – you get to add whatever sauce, topping and dressing that your pizza-loving heart desires. 6. Tony C’s, Avery Ranch
When the first pizzerias opened up in NYC over 100 years ago, they would often use a coal fired oven to bring their doughy pizza bases to life. Cut to the present day, and Tony C’s is still honoring the cooking tradition. Because of their thin crispy base, superb sauces and tasty toppings, their spectacular New York-style pizzas promise to tickle the taste buds, make your mouth water and leave you wanting more. Take the Truffle Shuffle for example – the large thin crust base is topped with fresh mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Fontina, Parmesan, mushrooms and drizzled with a flavorful truffle oil. Oh, and their two-for-one deal on a Tuesday also makes us love this place even more.
